ISÄ CAMILLO’S STEAK
Flame grilled Finnish beef tenderloin 180 g, parmesan-herb butter, seasonal potatoes,
vegetables and truffle-red wine sauce.
CREME BRULEE
Strawberries.

WHITE ASPARAGUS SOUP
Crispy Serrano ham, fennel-apple confit and pine kernels.
PIKE PERCH
Fried local pike perch, spring onion potatoes, vegetables braised in fennel butter, hand-peeled shrimps and lemon-saffron sauce.
MILK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Pistachio cake and marinated pineapple.

FETA SALAD
Feta, grilled melon, artichoke, strawberries, pine kernels and fresh salad.

Restaurant Isä Camillo’s food is based on three gastronomic seasons. In the fall, guests can enjoy game, mushrooms, root vegetables and fish. In the winter, the main focus is on warm and deep flavors. In the spring, our menu takes on a lighter feel with an emphasis on greens and barbecue.
