Flame grilled fillet steak 180g, steak butter, thyme potatoes, vegetables, and dark lemon sauce.

SMOKED SALMON MOUSSE
Rainbow trout roe, red onion–fennel pickle, and saffron brioche. Add sourdough bread €2
PIKE PERCH
Fried local pike perch with dill potatoes, vegetables, pea purée, and carrot-butter sauce.
APPLE
Baked apple cream, spice cake, stewed apple, and vanilla ice cream.

Restaurant Isä Camillo’s food is based on three gastronomic seasons. In the fall, guests can enjoy game, mushrooms, root vegetables and fish. In the winter, the main focus is on warm and deep flavors. In the spring, our menu takes on a lighter feel with an emphasis on greens and barbecue.
